Africa faces challenges in digital development, with limited access to government services, long processing times, and corruption. In 2022, Africa’s OSI index was 0.33, much lower than other regions. Cactuce is here to change that.

Our mission is to offer cost-effective, high-quality digitization services to government agencies in Africa. At Cactuce, our goal is to enhance access to services, decrease processing times, minimize corruption, and foster local skills through training. We are committed to being a reliable partner in Africa's digital transformation.

Yan Dah, President and Co-Founder

Yan brings financial expertise, strategic vision from his investment banking career, and success in founding a multimillion-dollar e-commerce tech firm.

Nazer Aminou, CEO and Co-Founder

Nazer, with a background as a software engineer at Microsoft, leads our technical innovation. He co-founded a tech company in e-commerce, driving it to handle hundreds of thousands of daily transactions.
