Our services include but are not limited to document scanning, data management, and digital transformation solutions. Any fees associated with our services will be specified in the relevant service agreements. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner. Cactuce reserves the right to change our pricing or fee structure at any time.

Cactuce is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to access or use our services. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the services provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cactuce, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

Cactuce reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Benin. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Benin.
